not just you eric.... i've come to the realization alot of these guys take this racing thing seriously . every time i try to step up my game the whole field gets rediculously faster, and now i find out the cool kids are huffing o2 at the starting line . oh well, a seventh or eighth place for me and got to ride one of my favorite tucky tracks to date, awesome day!

I was talking with a few of the riders who use the O2 for road and xc and said they really noticed a difference there so they tried it for the race and it helped a bit as well. You need to do more hill repeats, instead of going up and over the edge you should just repeat the climb.

Im a cheater, i used some of it tongue

. It clears your throat reallly quick and helps u breath. especially at the end when you can't breath.

As for the race, I took 7th and was 3 seconds off of 3rd place and I didn't pedal as hard as I couldve on the wall Sad

i couldn't agree more.... i can easily ignore myself telling me to focus on what will do better @ tucky (a s-load of cardio and legs), but when the team captain calls you out, its time to act! thanks for the shove matt Laughing

I could say more but that would be a different thread. I was actually going to grab some O2 myself and see if it works.
