You should know how to PLF.. lol. Controlled falls are easier to recover from. Kinda like free runners. Taking extreme leaps of faith just to land and roll out of it. Amazing

See....and u all look at me like I'm crazy when I start every clinic with "learning how to crash is more important than learning how to ride." That is the single talent that every pro has over amateurs. But that's true in most sports. Even a lame sport like golf. Lots of average guys can hit a fairway like Tiger. But look what happens when he's in 3' deep bushs with trees blocking the way. Pros learn how to get themselves out of trouble. Unless that bush calls him at home while he's with his wife...ain't no hookin that ball back in play.

Any big stunt i am gonna hit i always try to think of what am i gonna do if it goes wrong? As much as i can? If not you Panic and thats when things go bad. When crashing gotta try to relax. If not more chances of breaking bones tearing or pulling muscles ect. We also get hurt on more stuff we ride daily then the Gnar stuff. Many people pass away from stuff much less threating then the crazy stuff they do daily.
