Today Dat and I went to Alpinestars in Torrance. I had to go there to see about getting my neck brace warrantied because I snapped the back hinge. I could have sent it in, but since Alpinstars was pretty close, I figured I would get better and quicker service if I took in the brace myself. I met the a customer service guy named Brett and he looked over the brace. He asked me how long I had the brace for and I answered "5 months" I'm sure he asked because the the brace was pretty beat up and looked 2 years old. Anyway, after he looked at the broken hinge, he told me that he couldn't fix it. Instead he said that he would replace it with a new one. WooHoo!!!!! But it turned out that they didn't have any in stock at the warehouse...So he said they would ship a new brace to me. I am very happy with Alpinestars Customer Service. Brett was nice and to the point and didn't try to get out of fixing the brace. The brace was clearly damaged because I fell on it numerous times, but he didn't even mention that. It was a quick and simple visit with positive results.

UPS delivered my BRAND NEW Alpinestars brace today FREE under warranty....I took it in on Tuesday and had a new one at my door step...3 days is pretty damn fast!!!! AWESOME customer service!
