I'll be there for sure guys. I'll be setting sail from Arcadia, let me know if any wants/ needs a ride on my route, I'll be taking the 210 E - 605 S - 5 S - 133 W. BTW: I'm trying to decide on the rack config to setup. I have a Chevy Colorado which can accommodate 6 people in the cab (inc. driver). I can also take 10 bikes if I have 6 on the tailgate & 4 on the Thule rack. I can't take people in the bed, more people in the cab or let others driver my truck due to legal reasons. Also, might be cool to have a beach fire at Huntington Beach after the ride. Anyway, see you on Sat.

i would be down for the fire after some food and a beer or two then finish off the night with a fire.. ya im working on a shuttle van i been shoppin econolines and chevys not getting the wild idea to buy a 4x4 diesel van..

HB SB is 15 miles up the road on Hwy 1 & always good times at night on the weekends, lots of fires & Frisbees. I have a state park parking pass & could lock up all the bikes (up to 10) on my truck & you guys could park on Hwy 1 or side streets to save $$ as it's $15 per car to park. I have 2 boxes of firewood I need to use, so let me know if I should throw it in the back of my truck. BTW: I drive a black Chevy Colorado.

HB is a little further North than Laguna, but is way more lively.

There are a few other beaches closer to Telonics, i.e. Aliso Beach (in Laguna) & Newport Beach, but these are a little more 'conservative'.

Yeah, its a big group ride. Your speed isn't important. This is the first chance for a big bunch of pirates to meet. Put on yer party hat and enjoy the day.

If we have 2 or 3 trucks to take people & bikes then rotate drivers until everybody has done 4 or 5 runs, it'll work. I don't mind sitting out after 2 or 3 runs as I'm just getting back after breaking my elbow in July.

I'm not trying to win any race either. I just like pedaling and being outdoors. I always like rolling with all levels.

420 is right about the water. I was out there today and blasted through 1.8 liters. Also bring snacks and weed..uhm, I mean energy bars

I may get there early and get in one or two runs. Either way, I will meet you guys at the dirt lot around 10. I will either be in a red Cherokee or I'll be on a raw transition dirtbag.

If this helps, here is a picture of the dirt parking lot.
If you are driving South on Laguna Canyon, the lot will be on your left. You can either turn directly into the lot before the meridian or u-turn at Canyon Acres.

OK, I'm packing up my gear tonight for tomorrow. Does everybody have trucks or something to shuttle with? Should I bring firewood? Don't want to bring a bunch of extra shit I don't need & will get stolen from the back of my truck.
