Rode on Saturday with some non-GP friends I didn't know were up there. Ran into Alonzo and Perf too, sorry I didn't ride with you guys. Didn't get a chance to meet Brian either. So many friends up there riding on Saturday I couldn't decide. But great day of riding hitting mainly Recoil and Twilight Zone, plus a run down Flow/Pipeline/Shotgun. That upper section of Twilight was my highlight. Wind wiped me out twice in the afternoon on Recoil, but no harm done. Did see 3 riders taken out on stretchers on Sat.

I'll ride with you guys next time. Planning on making Mammoth a more frequent trip next summer, barring Winter's wrath.

My first time at Mammoth, I guess I got lucky cause everyone was raving how prime the dirt was. I wish the gondola was open and I had an extra day so I could explore more of the mountain. We pretty much stayed on the trails closest to chair 2 cause we did a 1-day trip and wanted to get as much riding in as possible before closing. We only rode to the bottom once on Shotgun I think? Which was a lot of fun too.

I had the helmet cam on for only two runs, so this is all you get, but I did manage to get some GP in perspective off the ladder sendar:

Yup, it was a last second decision to go cause my bike was out of commish till just a few hours prior. I would have said whats up and done some runs with ya'll but you guys kept cutting in line GPattack

I was with my usual SGV non pirate crew. I keep telling em' they should join GP, but they don't see a need to since they already get plenty of riding in. Maybe if they knew they could of gotten into Mammoth for free they'd change their tune Twisted Evil
