Title says it all, what's a good fit and a good deal out there? I had a Kali that just got crushed in a non-bike related accident. It was ok, but even a small was too big for me.

The new Maya from Kali is super adjustable. I was able to make it too small for ConMan even. And that enduro look is all the rage. But there are LOTS of half lids out there. Probably something on clearance is fine. Otherwise I can get you a Maya for 20 bucks cheaper than anywhere you can find online.

We tried on some IXS half shells at Sea Otter that were pretty nice. I'm a huge fan of the Kali helmets but if you're not, the IXS may be a nice alternate.

Ixs is the way I'm going. I tried the Kali and it was nice but let's see what else is out there. Why be tied down to one brand?

I had the Kali helmet in both XS and S and neither fit correctly. XS was too small, S was too big (my head size was right in the middle of their sizing). I just bought the IXS in S at Sea Otter and am very happy with the fit.
