Steven's Pass Bike Park, WA
Just over 70 miles from Seattle is Steven's Pass and the local ski area. They have recently opened the mountain to bikes in the summer season with the help of Gravity Logic who also built Whistler Bike Park.
$32 gets you a day pass (10-6) for the 3 trails they currently have which cover the general bases of DH/ FR/ AM:
Slingshot Wookie - Black Diamond DH race track, hand/ machine made, technical, roots, rocks, drops, steep sections, jumps, berms etc.
Rock Crusher - Blue Square, machine made jump and flow line with big berms and tables.
Lichen It! - Blue Square, hand built, technical, roots, ladders, bridges, natural jumps and flow in sections.

Re: Steven's Pass Bike Park, WA
I moved this topic into the "Bike Parks" section...since this is NOT a ride/ race report.
I would like to see an actual ride report about this place. I bet the riding is great!

Oh, look at that, we have a Bike Park section... Conditions were dry and dusty today as they've had a very dry summer.
I rode the Blue trails to warm up and then hit Wookie, which was the most fun. Lots of roots and cool features. Did at least 20 laps throughout the day. I'd love to ride SPB the day after a good night's rain...

Re: Steven's Pass Bike Park, WA
Pretty dry right now and no rain in the forecast, although I'm sure that will change in the near future for 9 months or so until next summer... There are a bunch of year round riding spots in WA, BC and OR.
