Rode one once felt like I was fighting it to make it do what I wanted couldn't rip the turns like I would have liked but the guy also had much wider bars than what I ride so that could have been it it was a 2011 maybe set up the way I like it, it be a better feel

I rode one at outerbike. Not overly impressed. The parts build was lame though.

I am asking cause it turns out that a buddy of mine is a sales rep for them...and he emailed me and offered a hook-up...even the pinkbike review didn't seem positive...and they ALWAYS sugar coat their reviews

I got to do a few runs on a small Davinci Wilson at Moab where the trail were chunky. First off I thought the bike was Very small for a small. I think they run their frames smaller than normal. The geo is good accept for the low BB. I was clipping pedals everywhere and even BB once or twice. It's got a low shock leverage ratio similar to a Foes so it felt stable off drops and high shock speeds. However, you do get bumped around a little bit on the small stuff. So basically if a Foes Hydro and a Demo 8 mated you would get this bike.

I think this would be a killer bike for jumpy/bermy bike parts. Low CG and low BB + progressive suspension. Not so good if you're not comfortable with a low BB.

Has same suspension design as Trek Session. Both Steve and Myron didn't like it at Outerbike. I talked to a few owners at Whistler and they seem to like it for A-line and other Whistler trails. Thought about taking one for a run but decided it was too fugly. patchpop

So you are already sick of your Yeti?

PS. BB is adjustable from 13.9 to 14.3 so Turbeau probably got the one with low setup

I'm not sure how it rides but from what I read it's one of the lightest frames out there (other than carbon).

The Devinci frame isn't superlight. It's 10-11 pounds for a medium.
